Refund policy


In the unlikely event that your Edible Bloom does get damaged in transit, please contact us within one week, from delivery date and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal or higher value.

If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be photographed to indicate any damaged goods.

Our Bouquets also come with a care instruction label inside the box on how to best care for your bouquet. Please take the time to read this. Every gift is different. E.g., Chocolate bouquets should be consumed within two weeks of delivery, while our fresh fruit bouquets are best if enjoyed on the same day that they are delivered.

Cancellation/Changing Orders
An NZ $10.00 Administration fee may apply to cancellations of, or changes to orders within 24 hours of the dispatch time. Once despatched from our store, we can not accept any cancellations.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
