For customers in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch, same-day delivery may be available once your branded donuts have been prepared and your order meets our delivery cut-off requirements.

For other locations around New Zealand, we offer our overnight delivery service.

Because our donuts are freshly prepared, they are best enjoyed on the day they are created.

Delivery Information

SAME DAY SHIPPING IS LIMITED TO AUCKLAND, HAMILTON, WELLINGTON AND CHRISTCHURCH ONLY. FREE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON PERISHABLE GIFTS.

For details on pricing and shipping estimates, please see below. Shipping rates are calculated based on the address and date you select when you enter these on your shopping cart.

All deliveries will be left at the door step if the couriers feel safe to leave. If not a calling card will be left. If a calling card is left we will let you know but there could also be a re-delivery fee.

Please help us help the couriers, with a business address please make sure you fill in these details as then the couriers will be able to locate the business. If this isn't added on the delivery address there could be a delay in delivery. 

We also ask for the recipients phone number (we wont call in advance) we ask for this then the couriers can call directly if any issues or we can also follow up. This can make a delivery happen faster and easier for the couriers and will help save you redelivery charges. 

The more info you give on the delivery information the smoother your delivery will be. 

If we are unable to deliver a Donut Gift, Cakes and fresh fruit arrangement, our drivers will return the gift to us. In these instances (which we try and avoid as best we can!), a 50% remake fee and a re-delivery charge will apply to have your gift redelivered.  If you are unsure if someone is going to be home, we recommend choosing a chocolate bouquet or hamper gift to avoid any extra charges.

Standard Delivery - $9.50– This is not a time/date guaranteed service. Please allow 1-4 business working days for delivery. You can select a date, and we will aim to have delivered on this date but not guaranteed. Your order will need to be placed with our store before 9.30am each day. Your gift will be delivered between 11am and 5pm. The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Auckland Perishable (Donut, fruits gifts etc..) Same Day Business address - $15.00 (15km radius from Auckland CBD). Your order will need to be placed with our store before 8am each day. Your gift will be delivered between 11am and 5pm. The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Auckland Premier Same Day Home address - $15.00 (15km radius from Auckland CBD). Your order will need to be placed with our store before 12pm each day. If your gift cant be left safely at the address a re-delivery fee will be charged. Your gift will be delivered between 11am and 7pm. The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Auckland Perishable (Donut, fruits gifts etc..) Same Day Home address - $15.00 (15km radius from Auckland CBD). Your order will need to be placed with our store before 12pm each day. Your gift will be delivered between 11am and 7pm. The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Auckland VIP Night Delivery - $25.00 (15km radius from Auckland CBD). Your gift will be delivered between 5pm and 9pm.  Your order will need to be placed with our store before 2pm each day to make the night time delivery service. If delivery cant be left safely at the address a re-delivery fee will be charged. The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Urgent Morning Delivery - (Price will vary depending on suburb) 15km radius from Auckland CBD). Your gift will be delivered between 9am and 12pm.  Your order will need to be placed with our store before 8.30am to ensure your gift can be delivered before 12pm. 

Saturday Delivery  $15.00 - Cut off is 3pm every Friday for a Saturday delivery - Click here to see if your address is serviced on a Saturday  The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Rural Delivery - $17.50  (allow 7 days for delivery) - Click here to see if your address is serviced by rural post. The charge of the delivery is per box and if you order more than one item that we cant fit into the same box we will need to charge another delivery charge. 

Auckland Urgent Delivery - Delivery cost can range from NZ $30.00 to NZ $75.00  depending on the time you need this delivered in and which suburb the delivery is to be made.  We can arrange an urgent delivery service in Auckland. Outer Auckland  (Out side the 15km radius ) –15km - 40km out of Auskland CBD $45 delivery fee. All deliveries in the area area are serviced from 4pm and 9pm Monday to Friday.

Auckland Morning Delivery - $25 - $70 (20km radius from Auckland CBD)  Price depends on the area. When ordering online you will be given the delivery fee. The Morning delivery is a delivery that will happen between 9am and 12pm each day. This option is designed for customers that would like a morning delivery option. Cut off time 8am each day.

NORTH ISLAND
